Finally you have arrived.
We would like to be greedy and ask for more but we appreciate what has fallen so far.
May it be the beginning of a wonderful wet season with the promise of plentiful crops and fat cattle with healthy calves….
I feel for the farmers and graziers further west. Rain simply has not visited them.
Patchy storms are wonderful – if you’re under them! If you’re not – EVER – I would imagine life would seem pathetically unfair and depressing.
I thank you for falling where you have. I am thankful that we were ‘under’ a few storms this week.
Please spread your love a little further and share the joys of rain and moisture with as many farmers as you can.
Mr Glimpses often talks about (I think he read it somewhere and the notion stayed with him, because it’s so true!) bottling the feeling a country person gets when it rains – Scientist would cure mental illness all over the world!
Rain, Rain DON’T go away! Come again, another day…..and another……and another!
